The concept is based on curvilinear shapes, natural light patios, wide terraces, and a sedum roof top, the proposal will comply with the latest energy and building ecology standards, meeting the highest demands in term of ecology and energy efficiency. The building design responds to external influences such as temperature, humidity and solar-radiation. Façades are articulated according to building orientation: the eaves are deeper towards the South casting a faint shadow on the glass walls to protect the inside from excessive sunlight. The surrounding gardened car park imitates the smooth lines of the structure design.
