AWARD WINNING PROPOSAL

Concept contest proposal and further development and detailing, including site work and finishing supervision of a Restaurant with terrace and gardens.
Property and workers were incorporated in the design process, together with engineers and contractors in order to develop from a user centred and integral proposal. Coordinating a transdisciplinary team, the practice developed the project though all phases until completion.
The building was conceived with a removable structure and flexible inner space, as well as bioclimatic and energy-efficient concerns where basic for decision making during the design process.
